On the date of his birthday, music of the late Lawrence Whiffin, with works of his teacher René Leibowitz marking his 1-1st anniversary, and musical homages by Whiffin's own former students and colleagues Steve Stelios Adam, Marguerite Boland, Martin Friedel, Graeme Gerrard, Laughton Harris, Allan Walker and Julian Yu.
Featured non-Australian music: René Leibowitz: sonata for flute and piano op. 12 (1944) five pieces for clarinet & piano op. 29 (1952), concertino for piano 4-hands (1958), 2 poems of Reverdy for choir and piano (1971).
