Work Overview

A contemporary jazz big band piece with a Piazolla-esque atmosphere. Features the lead trombone and alto saxophone in the opening A sections, which explode into an uplifting and passionate B section. The middle of the piece features a piano solo (fully written in the score but could equally be improvised to good effect).
