Event Details
Step into the dark side of new music with Forest Collective, for an evening of exploratory sound and storytelling. Weaving a journey of myth and lullaby, Forest's Berceuse will include remarkable works by Caroline Louise Miller (USA) and Helen Gifford (Australia), alongside a commission from Melbourne composer Alex Morris and an extract from new opera Orpheus by artistic director, Evan Lawson. Dear friends of Forest, Jessica Fotinos (harp) and Daniel Todd (tenor), are reunited with the ensemble once again for this exciting performance.
Featured non-Australian music: Aribert Reimann, Charles Peck, Caroline Louise Miller
