This Thursday, 14th May, Anna McMichael presents an Australian solo violin lunchtime concert, streamed on The Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music - Monash University at 1pm on their Facebook page and on their Vimeo page !
Works also aimed at helping uni violin students and year 12 students looking for Australian violin repertoire on the VCE and HSC lists... I'm playing works by Tim Dargaville (Invisible Dance), Nick Wales (Basketball), Stuart Greenbaum (Variations), Hollis Taylor (Riffingbirds), Ross Edwards (Prelude and White Cockatoo Spirit Dance), and Peter Sculthorpe (Irkanda 1) - and chatting!
