Work Overview
A setting of a newspaper clipping which begins; "A young French woman who persistently complained of headaches discovered that the pain was caused by a bullet in her skull". This piece later appeared in a very different arrangement for soprano and early music ensemble in a tryptich of similar settings entitled Clippings.
