Work Overview
In English the title means "Nights in the Gardens of Catalunya". This work is loosely based on the flamenco fandango dance form with the distinctive time signature changes/tonality/rhythmic patterns. It was originally written for the Sydney-based flamenco fusion ensemble, Pena Flamenca and involved large sections of improvisation and was called "Luna Llena" which means "full moon". This arrangement was made especially "Spanish Encounters - Spanish Piano Music Festival".
