Year: 1991, this version: 2002
Instrumentation: 2 flutes (2nd doubling piccolo and alto flute), 2 oboes (2nd doubling cor anglais), 2 clarinets in B flat (2nd doubling bass clarinet), 2 bassoons (2nd doubling contra-bassoon), 2 horns in F, 2 trumpets in C, timpani, percussion, strings.
Duration: 20 min.
Difficulty: Advanced
The complete work was scored for orchestra and pre-recorded electronic sound, lasting 90 minutes over two Acts. This much smaller Suite was created by the composer in 2002 for a recording project by the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ola Rudner.
