Instrumentation: 2 piccolos, 2 flutes, 2 oboes, cor anglais, clarinet in E flat, 2 clarinets in B flat, bass clarinet in B flat, 2 bassoons, contrabassoon, 6 horns in F, 4 trumpets in C, 4 trombones, tuba, piano, timpani, percussion (5 players), strings.
