Work Overview

Birds which have 2 toes pointing forward and 2 back (parrots for instance) are described as "zygodactylous".
The piece was written for Elizabeth Anderson, and was first performed by her as a recording made by Move Records (Melbourne) in 2002. The first public performance for harpsichord was given by Ms Anderson
22/6/08 in Schauenburger Maerchenwache, Kassel, Germany.
The piece has been arranged by the composer for both piano & pipe organ.
