Work Overview
This is a quirky swing piece that has been adapted for a classroom ensemble. There is a sample solo to help students with phrasing. The comping patterns and voicings for guitar and piano are examples only, its important to get students to read chord symbols as quickly as possible. If you have an extra guitar or keyboard they can read the 2nd harmony part which is a countermelody. Clarinets can play the trumpet part.
