Work Overview

Utilizing the colours of the ensemble's keyboards strings, brass, percussion and electronics, David Chesworth has created a series of soundscapes that delve into the synesthesia between sound and image.

Panopticon from Music to See Through was awarded Instrumental Composition of The Year at the 2006 APRA/Australian Music Centre Classical Music Awards. Two other works off this wonderous CD were also nominated Floating World and Wait A While.
