Work Overview

Unravelling Graphite is a slowly evolving spectrum of sound. One which is derived from an underlying pitch trajectory that attempts, and often fails, to unify each of the four individual instruments. Composed over quite a long period of time, this work was constantly in a state of editing, re-working, refining, and revisiting. The outcome has been material which is morphed and twisted, quickly collapsing, slowly rebuilt, and ultimately transformed.
