Work Overview
I wrote this piece for Gillian Rankine whose musicianship and artistry I have admired for many years. The baroque flute has a beauty and warmth of tone and a wide range of pitch and these were the influences which inspired the work. It has been recorded by 4MBS FM who programmed the piece for broadcast in November, 2017.
