His sensitivity as a pianist/composer attends us over a program covering original material, a remarkable interpretation of Victor Young's 'My Foolish Heart' and the debut recording of 'Paul's Gift' by Greg Coffin, his former student. It is at times impressionistic, tenderly romantic, pensive, hopeful and at all times winsome, beautifully expressed in his touch.
