Sheet Music: ScoreA stranger in Helsinki : for jazz orchestra / Jenna Cave.by Jenna Cave (2008)
|
Product details
I wrote this piece back in 2008 when I was living in Helsinki, Finland on a 6-month working holiday. The piece incorporates stylistic elements from West African popular music into a big band setting. Although musically this has nothing to do with Helsinki the joyful and quirky spirit of the piece reflects the crazy adventure I had while in Helsinki.
