TSOMax is the largest orchestra you’ll hear in Federation Concert Hall all year! Marko Letonja conducts the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra augmented by players from the Australian Youth Orchestra in Prokofiev’s epic Symphony No 5, Dukas’ magical Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Carl Vine’s brand spanking new Piano Concerto No 2 featuring outstanding soloist Piers Lane. If you’re looking for an orchestral experience larger-than-life, this is the concert for you!
