Join Southern Cross Soloists for an adventure through a world of miniatures, in an exploration of master works from the great romantic composers.
Beethoven’s magnificent 2nd Symphony (arranged by Beethoven himself for chamber ensemble), the stunning beauty of Schumann and the fun and virtuosic Saint-Saëns Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso reinvented for the wind soloists of SXS.
SXS will also present the World Premiere of Entr’acte, a new work for clarinet and cello by Perth-based composer, Chris Tonkin.
