Event Details
Join the KPO for a concert of Elgar and Mozart together with Elena Kats-Chernin’s orchestral picture, ‘Heaven is Closed’.
Marina and Justine Marsden, sisters in the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, perform Mozart’s engaging and energetic Sinfonia Concertante for solo violin and viola. Elgar’s beautiful Enigma Variations, a musical portrayal of Elgar’s friends forms the second half of our concert with the noble, yet peaceful Nimrod at its heart.
Featured non-Australian music: Mozart Sinfonia Concertante; Elgar 'Enigma Variations'
