Experienced pianist/composer, professor Tony Gould and the technically prodigious guitarist Peter Petrucci have had a longstanding musical association, spanning over two decades. While both players have several trio albums as leaders, they discovered a special empathy in the duo format. Following two albums on the Move label, River Story and From Within, their latest album, The Journey Home, is on the Which Way Music label. For this performance, they will collaborate with Gould’s partner, the gifted cellist Imogen Manins, and bassist Ben Robertson for a concert of solo, duo, trio and quartet explorations.
