Our Spring season is off to a fantastic start, and we are very excited to take the Gather stage ourselves this Sunday in celebration of our newly-released Boyd Meets Girl album, Songs of Love & Despair (described by Gramophone as "beguiling… fascinating… enchanting…"). We truly poured our hearts and souls into this album, which contains music that is deeply meaningful to us. You’ll hear our own arrangement of Debussy’s “Arabesque,” a light-filled gem that got us through dark times. You’ll hear two joyous world premieres by Paul Brantley and Marian Budos. You’ll hear our own covers of tunes by the Beatles and Beyoncé, and some heartbreakingly beautiful Appalachian folk songs set by New York composer Robert Beaser. Our concerts are designed to take you on a journey, and this album in particular traverses the full spectrum of human emotion. We hope you’ll join us for this special occasion.
