A tapestry of Hebraic culture
The New Palm Court Orchestra (NPCO) bridges traditions using a combination of chamber music and improvisation. From Jewish Life celebrates the rich and diverse tapestry of Hebraic culture with music from Poland, Israel, South America and Australia. Hear the NPCO with guest guitarist Gidi Ifergan perform George Dreyfus’ Larino, Safe Haven, Gemma Turvey’s Ha Ben & Coda, traditional melodies and Ernest Bloch’s heartfelt From Jewish Life featuring cellist Campbell Banks. This evening will also include a free 15 minute pre-concert talk.
