Texan percussion trio LINE UPON LINE bring their skill and dexterity to the fore in collaborating with 10 third-year student composers from the Sir Zelman Cowan School of Music at Monash University. Working with emerging composers underscores the strong role these amazing LINE UPON LINE musicians play in helping to shape future compositional voices. This concert provides each of the talented young composers a profile and platform from which to launch their professional careers, and gives BIFEM audiences the chance to hear tomorrow’s voices today. And a whole bunch of great music too!
