Australian flutist Maddilyn Goodwin presents a concert with a difference: A Sunburnt Country is a performing arts concept which celebrates Australian culture, showcasing the unique and diverse style of Australian artists. This fusion of flute music, dance and literature includes world premieres of new Australian art commissioned especially for the project, featuring members of the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and Royal Ballet of Flanders. World-renowned indigenous didgeridoo artist, William Barton, joins Maddilyn to premiere his original work, inspired by traditional Aboriginal culture in a modern context. Experience a Belgium-first—a captivating performance which encompasses the essence of the Australian identity.
