Virtual jazzahead! 2021: Australian showcase & industry panel
The virtual jazzahead! 2021 industry event this coming weekend (29 April - 2 May) will feature an Australian virtual concert with artists Aviva Endean, Barney McAll, Hand to Earth (Australian Art Orchestra - Daniel Wilfred / Sunny Kim / Peter Knight), Vazesh (Hamed Sadeghi / Jeremy Rose / Lloyd Swanton), Nadje Noordhuis with Luke Howard, Reuben Lewis & I Hold the Lion's Paw, Torrio! and the Zela Margossian Quintet.
This exclusive jazzahead! virtual concert, presented as part of SOUNDS AUSTRALIA's new 'Close Up' series in partnership with the AMC, will take place on World Jazz Day, Friday 30 April at 10:30am CET/6:30pm AEST. To tune in, you need to be a registered participant of jazzahead! 2021.
Australian participation will also include an industry panel about the Australian market on Saturday 1 May (11:30am CET/ 7:30pm AEST) hosted by SOUNDS AUSTRALIA and the AMC. Panellists Andrea Keller, Jeremy Rose and Hadley Agrez will be joined by moderator Jane Cornwell.
