In summer 2021 and beyond, it is expected that many of the AMC staff will still be working remotely due to COVID-19 related guidelines at our open-plan office in the APRA AMCOS building in Ultimo. Our business is operating via email and through the website.

We have now regained access to our printing facilities in Ultimo, Sydney, on several days each week, and are glad to report that we are now able to provide a more normal schedule in production and mailing orders. This may change if the pandemic situation brings about new restrictions in New South Wales.

Please note that the pandemic continues to disrupt international mail to many destinations, and there are longer than usual delays with domestic post. Please send us an enquiry if you have a specific sales-related question. For other enquiries, please email info@australianmusiccentre.com.au

Phone and email traffic

Our customers can reach us over the phone several days a week, but email is still the best way to connect with us. Please make a note of the email addresses below - we're looking forward to connecting with you.

Sales and production

Sales of digital products - digital sheet music and MP3s - through the AMC's website continue without disruption. We have regained access to our printing facilities and are now able to offer a more normal turnaround time for orders, though this situation may change depending on the advice from the NSW State Government.

All third-party supplier arrangements - website orders that are shipped directly from external CD or sheet music publishers to our customers - are active as usual. This situation may change, and for overseas products long delays can be expected.

We will inform you promptly if the situation changes and new information comes available about any current orders. Meanwhile please email sales@australianmusiccentre.com.au about any questions or sales enquiries.

Library services

The AMC's Digital Library is available for members around the clock, seven days a week (watch a digiloan tutorial on Youtube). If you need your membership renewed, please email us on membership@australianmusiccentre.com.au

AMC's Library staff are available by email. In some cases we can also add new scores to the digital library - please send us email.

Remember also our ECHO online learning platform, with a selection of digital kits and other resources perfect for virtual learning environments. See also: more resources for students and teachers.

Membership services

Represented artists

AMC's Represented, Associate and Pedagogical artists are encouraged to make the most of the Contribute portal to submit their digital scores, mp3 files, work information and updated biographies. The AMC's staff will be available, over email, to advise and assist. The start page has links to login instructions, FAQ and further tips and tricks.

Membership renewals documents and other correspondence will be sent over email.

Please note that with outgoing orders, there are some long delays beyond our control particularly with international mail. Please refer to the Australia Post website for latest domestic mail updates and international mail updates.
