Opportunity: Creative Arts Fellowship (National Library of Australia)

The National Library of Australia's new Creative Arts Fellowship offers a grant of $10,000 to undertake a minimum one-month residency at the Library for artists to work towards a new work, or body of work, or to develop an artistic concept for future elaboration. The 2015 Creative Arts Fellow must complete their residency by 30 June 2015.

The Fellowship, supported by the Friends of the National Library, is open to individuals practising in any art form, including writing, music, dance, theatre, visual arts, emerging, hybrid and experimental art forms. It aims to assist professional artists to develop new artistic work creatively using or inspired by the Library's collections.

The deadline for applications is 9 November 2014.
