Australian delegation at Classical:NEXT 2017 is taking shape

The Australian delegation to Classical:NEXT 2017 in Rotterdam in May is taking shape, following the large delegation that took part in this industry forum, expo and networking event last year.

In addition to the attendance of the inaugural Australian Classical:NEXT Fellows Leah Blankendaal and Kaylie Melville, there are other Australians participating in various parts of the official program, including Shirley Apthorp, Phoebe Green, Jennifer Greer-Holmes, Hilary Kleinig, Genevieve Lacey, Kate Neal, Martel Ollerenshaw, and David Sidebottom. There are also several other Australians already registered as delegates.

SOUNDS AUSTRALIA and the Australian Music Centre will be providing a platform to support Australian delegates at the event, with Glenn Dickie hosting the SOUNDS AUSTRALIA stand - this is where the Australian delegation will hold a reception during Classical:NEXT, replicating the highly successful reception last year.

Further details of the program are yet to be announced, however any Australians planning on registering are encouraged to be in touch with or to obtain the special code to register under the umbrella of the Australian stand, and receive a discount on the registration fee.
