For the last few months, the AMC's operations have been modified to allow for our staff to work remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions in the Greater Sydney area. Now that many of the restrictions are easing, we are pleased to be able to resume some of our operations again.

We now have limited access to our office at the APRA AMCOS building in Sydney, which means we are able to access our print music production facilities and our library collection. Most of our business will continue to operate via email and through the website, and phone messages can only be cleared every few days. The AMC's staff continue to be there to serve you and answer your questions.

We are fortunate that the AMC's business has for years operated largely in the digital domain, with the main part of our collection digitised and many products being already delivered digitally to our sales and library customers - this has been a significant asset during the lockdown, as is our free online learning portal ECHO.

Phone and email traffic

The best way to contact us is via email. If you choose to leave us a phone message, please note that we can only assess messages every few days, so there may be a delay in responding. Please make a note of the email addresses below - we're looking forward to connecting with you.

Sales and production

All available titles are listed on our website with a price. Digital products (digital sheet music, digital education resources and MP3s) continue via the AMC Shop. We encourage AMC customers to purchase digital products where possible, as there is NO waiting time! You can access your digital music immediately after purchase!

We are gradually adding more physical sheet music titles & hard copy education resources to the AMC Shop, as we gain more access to our production facilities. Physical orders are being posted within 3 - 8 business days + Australia Post shipping times.

We are accepting new Hire of Performance Parts requests. Please complete this online form to receive a quote for a hire.

Please email sales@australianmusiccentre.com.au to enquire about any products marked with $POA or with any other sales enquiries.

Schools, institutions & music retailers are welcome to pay on account, simply email us your purchase order.

Library services

We now have limited access to the Library collection and loans services have resumed. There may be some delays in posting out loans, due to access issues and with the delays currently being experienced in the postal service.

The AMC's Digital Library is still available for members around the clock, seven days a week (watch a digiloan tutorial on YouTube). If you need your membership renewed, please email us on membership@australianmusiccentre.com.au

Represented artists

AMC's Represented, Associate and Pedagogical artists are encouraged to make the most of the Contribute portal to submit their digital scores, mp3 files, work information and updated biographies. The AMC's staff will be available, over email, to advise and assist. It is a good time to catch up on lodging works! The start page has links to login instructions, FAQ and further tips and tricks.
