AMC's catalogue records now in Trove

AMC's catalogue records now in Trove

The AMC is pleased to announce the Centre's catalogue data is now regularly added to Trove - the search engine hosted by the National Library of Australia.

Trove assists users in locating resources relating to Australia, bringing together content from a broad range of libraries, museums, archives and other research organisations, and providing tools to explore and build. It currently provides access to information about over 570,000,000 Australian and online resources, covering books, images, historic newspapers, maps, music, archives and more.

Uploads of metadata from the AMC's catalogue will take place on a monthly basis, with details about newly documented print music resources in the AMC's online catalogue being added. Currently, over 21,000 records for print music (scores and sets of performance parts) have been uploaded to Trove from AMC catalogue. This will further increase the visibility and accessibility of information about the AMC's Represented artists and their works.
